Main production process  

The first stage  

The whole roll of strip steel pickling rust removal, decontamination, to achieve a bright and clean surface.  

The second stage  

After pickling, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank for cleaning, and then into the hot dip plating tank, hot dip galvanizing.  

The third stage  

After the galvanized strip steel plate, the galvanized layer can be processed and produced according to customer demand.  

Troubleshooting Causes  

Causes and treatment methods of whitening board surface  

If the surface of galvanized layer adhesion of a layer of condensate, and oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen carbide, sulfur dioxide, soot, dust and other chemical gases, into a corrosive aqueous solution attached to the surface of galvanized layer, the formation of an electrolyte.  The electrolyte corrodes chemically with the less stable zinc layer, resulting in a powdery corrosion product called white rust  

The main reason of zinc layer corrosion in indoor is ① high indoor air humidity;  ② The finished product is not dried and stored;  (3) There is a layer of condensation water film on the surface of the zinc layer. When the moisture content in the air reaches 60% or in the range of 85~95%, and the PH<6, the corrosion reaction is more severe.  When the water temperature is up to 70℃, the corrosion speed of zinc layer is the fastest  

Methods to prevent white rust are: (1) when the zinc plate is stacked, the surface can not have condensed water;  ② Air should be kept circulating in the warehouse, and the relative humidity of air should not be within 60% or 85-95%;  ③ the zinc plate should not be stacked with harmful gases and too much dust;  ④ The surface of the galvanized layer is oiled and passivated.
