Advantages of Shanganglian galvanized steel sheet:

1. Superior quality. Every part of the plated parts can be coated with zinc, even in grooves, sharp corners and hidden places can be fully protected.

2. Economical and practical. The antirust cost of galvanized sheet is lower than other paint coatings.

3. Strong corrosion resistance. In a suburban environment, the standard galvanized anti-corrosion coating can last for more than 50 years. In offshore waters, the standard galvanized anti-corrosion coating can be maintained for 20 years.

Galvanized steel appearance

(1) Surface state: Due to the different treatment methods in the coating and plating process, the surface state of galvanized sheets is also different, such as ordinary spangle, fine spangle, flat spangle, non-spangle and phosphating surface.

Depending on application requirements, there are also galvanized checkered plates. Among them, the checkered plate mainly includes large zinc pattern, small zinc pattern and other checkered plates. Mild steel grating is the ideal non-slip material for floors requiring extensive coverage. The checkered diamond plate is made from a single piece of material topped with a serrated edge that provides non-slip grip from all directions. Checker boards are used as floor or wall panels. Steel faces with raised check patterns will prevent damage to floors or surfaces due to cargo movement, such as pallet trucks and truck/van interiors in warehouse environments, ship floors, decks, oilfield rig treads, stair treads. The embossing thickness is suitable for embossing of various steel plates, cold/hot plates, and galvanized plates from 0.2 to 3.0 mm.

(2) The galvanized sheet shall have a good appearance and shall not have defects harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, excess plating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
